Many Random Thoughts And Things About Myself

Yes, this is very random and personal list, but whatev.  I wonder if anyone will even read it, but I must clarify that it is still a work in progress.

-  My favorite weather is in the 60’s with a slight breeze.

-  I enjoy puzzles and sudoku.

-  I find thunderstorms exciting, especially at night while lying in bed.

-  I listen to music basically every night while falling asleep.

-  In high school, for about two or three years, I listened to the Mighty Mighty Bosstones Live at The Middle East album every night and basically have the whole thing memorized.

-  I really enjoy sleeping.

-  Dreams are interesting and really make me think about stuff.  For example, if I had a dream about you lastnight, did you have a dream about me.

-  I frequently feel like I see people that I have seen somewhere before in my lifetime, yet don’t know them, or can remember where I’ve seen them before.

-  On the same note, I strongly dislike when you’ve obviously seen someone before, but they claim they’ve never seen you.  I know you have.

-  I’ve never had a pet dog and always wanted one growing up.  I still would like one, especially a pug, however I’d honestly be ok with not having one too.

-  Yes, I sometimes think/know that TV is a waste of time, but I still have a few shows that I love and must watch every week.

-  Over the last decade, I don’t know how people have lived/survived without the internet.

-  I often wonder what it would be like to live in a differnt time period.

-  I love breakfast food, but can’t seem to eat it or anything as a matter of fact for at least three hours after waking up.  Breakfast late at night is pretty fantastic.

-  I really want to go to Europe.

-  I wish I had a significant other reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn.

-  I used to call “pop” “pop,” but now I call it “soda”.

-  I dislike drinking beverages through a straw.

-  I occasionally enjoy most sodas, but tend to be most attached to Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper.

-  I thoroughly enjoy pizza.  As a kid I used to only eat pizza with pepperoni and black olives and can still remember going to the Pizza Hut in Hoffman Estates and ordering Pizza Hut on Friday nights and watching TGIF with my family.

-  I love how I and many others can remember certain things, like lyrics or movie/tv quotes, without hearing them for a long period of time.

-  I think Full House greatly affected my life.  I’m a musician like Uncle Jessie, I’m a neat freak like Danny, and I kind of have a thing for twins.

-  I have never smoked marijuana, however I am frequently asked if I am stoned.  Kind of annoying.

-  People often mispell or misprounce my name.  I’m so used to it that I don’t even care, however my mom has always been one to correct people.

-  I enjoy a good beer, however I strongly dislike getting drunk.  I have given up drinking alcohol a numerous amount of times due to bad experiences.

-  My best friends, whom are twins, didn’t think that I would last through college and graduate.

-  I really don’t care for many foods as left-overs.  The one main thing that I do thoroughly enjoy though is Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner later on the night of.

-  I don’t think many people understand my thoughts on things or the way I live my life.

-  I’m a loner and sometimes wonder what the psychological reasoning is.  Granted I love being with friends, but feel like accomplish so much more on my own.

-  I admit, I’m not a man of many words and believe a main reason is I often go unheard when I feel the need to speak.

-  I really don’t know how I would survive without music, or I definitely cannot picture what my life would be like without music.

-  I have a list of names that I would like to name my children and have had a list since I was a teenager.

-  I love and am very appreciative of my family and friends, though I do not think I show it as much as I should.

-  I haven’t cried in a very long time.

-  I’ve never been in love.

-  I tend to be more attracted to brunettes.

-  I want and plan to see the whole world.

-  I like that I can grow and have a beard.

-  I pulled my first grey hair the other and am quite depressed about it.

-  My Mom’s Father is bald and I really hope that I do not go bald one day.

-  I have 15 guitars, 2 banjos, a piano, and many many musical instruments, yet I still want many many more.

-  I sweat a lot.  Armpits and palms are pretty bad and I’m usually embarrassed about it.

-  The man in me likes trucks, motorcycles, and guns.

-  I usually am never sick (knock on wood) and rarely missed school when growing up.  I also had perfect attendance in High School.  On the otherhand, since college, I seem to get really bad soar throats/infections twice a year, which seem to last for weeks.

-  Growing up I used to get really bad headaches where I’d even throw up, but honestly think in the last ten years have only a hand full.

-  I enjoy being barefoot much more than wearing socks.

-  I make my bed as soon as I wake up.

-  It really bothers me that a few people have told me that they think that I think I am better than them and that they think I judge them.

-  I tend to look too far into things and lack confidence in my abilities/self.  Maybe it’s due to a low self-esteem.

-  I was raised Catholic and went to church every weekend.  Once I finished confirmation, I stopped going.  Well, I’m currently a Chreaster, however I’m sure I will pick it up again one day.

-  I like how my friend/old roommate Kristi and I randomly text message eachother lines said from the five months that we lived together.  I’m also pretty confident that we will do this for the rest of our lives.

-  I am self-conscious about my body.  I know I am not overweight, but have always felt, since about fifth grade, that I could/should be at least 20 lbs. lighter.

-  I am a big hockey/blackhawks fan and am pretty bummed that my parents never let me play on a team.

-  I played soccer for the most of my childhood and still love the sport.  I know that I was never the greatest player, but I did have heart and would never quit.

-  I think my Grandpa is one of the funniest guys I know.

-  I often wonder what life would be like, or how different my life would be, if certain people were still alive.

-  Death scares me as I’m sure it does many others.  I try not to think it about it much, however when I do, I tend to REALLY think about it and it really freaks me out.

-  I have a lazy eye when not wearing glasses or contacts.  I often wonder if it was because my sister dropped me as a baby.

-  I am not one for needing attention and many seem to think that being a musician/performing is my way of getting attention, however I don’t really think of it that way.  I’m just really passionate about music and love to play.

-  As stated earlier, I am not a man of many words and don’t really enjoy giving speaches, but put a guitar in my hands and I could easily do it.

-  I’ve known my best friends since we were very young.  We had the same babysitter.

-  I lived with my best friends for 1/1.5 years of college and couldn’t stand it.

-  I currently live with one of my really good friends and out of all of my “core” friends, we have the most in common, however we also have many many differences.

-  I will oneday tour the states/world playing music.

-  I’ve always wanted to and will oneday visit Australia.

-  A musical goal of mine is to play drums in a jazz band.

-  I’m a hopeless romantic.  I believe I will make a special woman very happy one day, as she will do the same for me, just haven’t found her yet.
